Summer is coming to an end

Yes, even in the South, summer does come to an end and the pools do close. Bummer. So, we headed to the pool, one last time, late last month, and enjoyed having the whole thing to ourselves!

Then, just a couple of days ago, we were surprised with an 87 degree day, so we picked Lily up from school and headed to the beach!

Much of the soft sandy beach has been washed away from the tropical storms and level 1 hurricane, but it was still the most beautiful day ever with a perfect breeze.
